Just starting using GPSBABEL yesterday. I can't find a way to get the a custom symbol in Delorme Street Atlas 2007 to show up when converting a txt file to an1 using your program. Importing the txt file directly into Street Atlas picks up the symbol as it is named explicitly in the txt file. When running the text file through GPSBABEL, I get a Red Flag when I import the resulting an1 file. I made sure to use the suboption deficon and the name which shows up in Delorme for our custom symbol, but the resulting an1 still uses red flags. I was successful using a different symbol (Green Dot). I found it odd that "Green Dot" worked, but using "Biker" another one of the original symbols also did not work. What am I missing? Please note, we created a custom set of symbols for Delorme and added to appropriate symbol folder. The file name is Distribution Symbols.dim. |
