Very handy application, but is there any way that the graphs could resize to the width of the window and the dashboard?
Si...

I am so glad that someone finally made this utility and I hope it will continue to get better and better. That said I am seeing some buggy behavior on both a 2003 R2 server and a 2008 R2 server where the placement of a host in the list of hosts being pinged affects the response time by as much at 10-20 ms. I was not able to recreate this on a Windows 7 desktop.

Thanks for this clever utility that I really appreciated. It exactly does what I was looking for. Only a couple of suggestion:
1) It would be very nice to have an option to activate the loading of a default host list at startup and automaticaly start the polling. This would be very useful in case of automatic startup of the utility when Windows boots.
2) A minimal e-mail notification, just to know the availability (up/down) of a specific host.
Thanks again! I already suggested this utility to many friends and collegues!

I apologize for responding to you so late. These are excellent suggestions. I have revamped the whole interface with GPING 2.0 and will be coding it further based on your suggestions. Please try it out and let me know what you think. This interface is modern and is easy to build on. Stay put!
Thank you.

It would be nice to be able to give the host IP address as command line parameter at start up. Or host file name as command line parameter. In Windows environment command line parameters can be save into the Shortcut Icon (.lnk file)

Nice program, if a little buggy. Once you save the graph data, the program (at least the activity on-screen) seems to stop, and I need to quit and restart the app. So, some UX issues, but it does its job for what I need. The .csv output is quite helpful, as I can then sort in Excel (for example) by RTT to see maximum delays and any packet loss, sorted by date/time, which aids in troubleshooting. Also nice that it continues to function OK with Windows 11, even though it does not seem to have been maintained for over 10 years. And for free, I have no "right" to complain, but just thought I'd send along these observations. So, many thanks for this program!
