#218 Error when doing gphoto2 --get-all-files (HP 850 / PTP)

I get the following error when doing gphoto2 --get-all-files after all
files are downloaded from the camera:

*** Error ***
Could not append 'DEVICEID.XML' to folder
'/store_00010042/MISC' because this file already exists.

Camera: HP photosmart 850 (USB PTP)
gphoto: 2.2.1

Other than that everything works fine. Good work.

    Please try to use current CVS version of gphoto (i'm pretty
    sure the bug is fixed already).
    Let me know if it won't work. Don't forget to attach full
    --debug output.
