#3 fixes bug id 200861

This patch fixes bug 200861 "Bad/missing error handing
on connctions" in a pseudo, but well working way.
It sends a dummy package at connectionstart and waits
for a return packet. This works very well.
With this patch gphone will:
- popup an error dialog, if the host to call is unreachable
- popup another error dialog, if the host to call does
not answer.

So its no longer possible to connect to
www.microsoft.de and get a FULL DUPLEX connection for
talking in the void ; )

Added a second diff wich works. (The first one didnt answer
on th first dummy packet to ensure the remote is listening)
