#4 Ever increasing delay between speaking and playback.

Tried gphone briefly on Mandrake 6.0 using 2 x 400MHz PCs over ethernet, compiled perfectly, ran ok, but initially there was a 2 second
delay between speaking and hearing the playback on the other machine.
However... this delay increased by about 1 second every minute that
passed by!
(ps. was highly entertained by the feedback effect of placing the mic next to the other machine's speaker and hearing voices get steadily deeper and more robotic : ) )

Sounds like the sampling rate on one sound card is a little slower
than the sampling rate on the other card. The way to fix this would
be to drop a packet if we notice we're too far behind on playing
back. I'll leave this bug open until I commit a fix.
