the five release now is "well" organized, and you can build and use otrproxy-0.3.0.

gpg.vs release one contains
- libgpg-error-1.1.vs
- libgcrypt-1.2.1.vs

today was shipped libgcrypt 1.2.2 so next step becomes porting the new version

added gpg.vs and otr.vs module to CVS repository
there still is some work to do on that...
