#35 STARTTLS failed

Trying to send email using an hosteurope smtp server
(e.g. mini003.webpack.hosteurope.de) with GPGrelay
0.960.

Using the GPGrelay option SSL/TLS and port 587,
sending fails, GPGrelay log says "SMTPs - STARTTLS
failed".

Not using option SSL/TLS and port 587, it works.

Using option SSL/TLS and port 25, it works.

I see the same behaviour. (I know - GPGrelay hasn't been updated for ages now, but still...)
