- pinentry failed to build due to a problem with ncurses, added an extra CFLAG for that
- Udates some dependencies. For simplicity, I used the same versions that gpg4win has

Sorry, but as stated in the documentation, this project has been discontinued since March 2025, i.e. well over a year ago.
