#93 Automatic panel change after fetch outcome

I noticed that the tabbed panel would automatically
change to the outcome panel after fetch outcome was
successful. I think this is a little too much of
automation, because users may want to remain in the
job panel after the fetch outcome, e.g. to fetch the
outcome of another job.
So this is a feature-remove request.

Another argument to remove this feature:
1. User starts fetching outcome for job1.
2. User selects job2 in jobs table.
3. Fetching outcome for job1 finishes.
Result: input panel will be from job2 but outcome panel
will be from job1.

I think we only need to show message like "Fetching job1
outcome finished" in this case.

Keeping job input and job output panels consistent is a
separate "feature".
