I do not know, that was 2006-07-20, and now:

Default for /com/intel/gpe/client2/application/ApplicationClientFrame/LoadGridBeanPanel/LoadGridBeanPanel is ".",
instead of value of /com/intel/gpe/client2/CommonDefaults/PLUGINDIR

It is now almost so.
Default currentDirectory for filechooser is default value for preference Common/PLUGINDIR
