#86 dissocial dialog for setting source file

1) Tab "Fles":
One of lines should be selected at once that button
"Edit" was enable.
2) "Edit File Import Entry" dialog:
a) There should be a default for "File Type":
or "Local Filesystem", or the previous choice
b) There should be a default for "Target System
File" - a name of a source file
