#83 illegal orders/raven

I was allowed today in a game to revoke an order with
the raven and place a defence order while the storm of
swords card was in play. At least it showed up in the
list of available orders although I did not actually try to
place it. I imagine this may be the case with other
forbidden orders during certain card play as well.

you are able to place them, it just happend in a game i'm
playing (OB2 A Suprise Game)
