#962 Unable to sync with Google Contacts for several reasons

Having problems syncing Google contacts with Outlook (Ver 2209). Sometimes, GCSM can't find the Outlook contact folder; sometimes it tells me Outlook & Google are logged in by different users; and sometimes it just freezes with I try to manually sync (I've give up the auto-sync). The latest log is attached. Any ideas how to fix this?
