Could it by your SyncOption OutlookToGoogleOnly? This means, Outlook will never be updated, always only Outlook changes to Google, but no Google changes to Outlook. I would advice to use something like "Outloook wins" or "Prompt" (last one prompts you, which one to keep, if there is any conflict)I

Found the problem, last update changed the default "Months (Future)=0".
Changed to 12 months and solved the problem.
I didn't notice this option before.
