When syncing to Google on an account that has Google Birthdays active, GO Contact Sync Mod imports the birthday into Outlook and creates a reminder 15 minutes before the event. The problem is that because a birthday is an all day event, that reminder comes in at 11:45 PM (a time when most of us are trying to sleep).

In my case, I do not have a default reminder defined so I should not be getting any reminders unless I have specifically set a reminder for an event -- or birthdays, I have not set any default reminders. Since, in Outlook, there is no option for "Default Reminder: None" it would be nice to be able to use the birthday feature on Google and not get woken up at 11:45 PM the night before one of my friends has a birthday.
