#892 Sync Starred Contacts from Outlook to Google

After syncing from Outlook to Google, my "starred contacts" in Google are cleared out. I would like to be able to create some tag or category in Outlook, and have it maintain a list of Starred Contacts in Google (and subsequently my Android Phone Dialer).

At a minimum, don't clear out existing Starred Contacts when syncing from Outlook to Google.
