#888 unwanted contacts deletion

Dear all,
Despite changes on settings I am still facing about unwanted contacts deletion. Maintaining the folder deleted email in outlook I have discovered some contacts deleted (see attached pic). I have tried also to set in assign criterias "never delete" and this worked only for some of those. It is quite tiring to check every day if some contacts have been deleted. Any idea how to solve? Many thanks

outlook: 365

I fundamentally Restructured the handling how and when to delete a contact, especially for SyncOptions GoogleToOutlookOnly and OutlookToGoogleOnly, will be part of 4.1.28 version, pleaes doublecheck and feedback, if it is solved (and if not, please provide me your log and problem description, incl. screenshot how your GCSM settings)

Dear Florian, I also have a "unwanted contacts deletion" issue: randomly some outlook (professional plus 2019) contacts are deleted. It seems GCSM can't find google contact, so it delete the outlook contact. Please find attached a full log and a shot log where I copied some "interesting" logs. Can you help me?
