#820 sync error "write protected memory"

I got a new computer at work and downloaded and installed Go Contact Sync. However, when I tried to sync, I got the error message "Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt. Please help, I have used this product for years without any problems through multiple computers. How can I fix this. Thank you.
