#815 Contacts Won't Copy to Outlook

I deleted my contacts in Outlook with the intent of re-syncing my computer but the contacts will not sync. The last line in the log is shown below that shows Skipped 332. Those are my contacts:

I uninstalled GCSM and deleted remaining installation files ("...Program Files (x86)\GO Contact Sync Mod" & "...AppData\Roaming\GoContactSyncMOD"). Then I reinstalled the application and made sure the logfile was deleted. Then I ran the program. The Calendar copied over but the contacts did not.

My settings are set for GoogleToOutlook Only.
How can I FORCE the contacts to copy over to Outlook?

Just an added note! The logfile indicates that the contacts are deleted from Google, however, they are not. I verified all contacts are in Google, therefore, I need a simple way to reset what GCSM thinks is in Google so that it will detect it and copy it to Outlook.

I finally got this to sync properly, but what I did makes no sense. Hope you can explain it.
1) I Revoked Authentication, synced and nothing changed.
2) I Selected "Reset Matches", but this time I answered No to both questions. When I synced, everything worked out okay. Log is attached!

Maybe you can explain?
