#1033 Sync Notification: Appointments Have Changed

We recently updated from 44.1.33 to V4.2.1, now we get Notifications at every sync saying (in short: both the Outlook and Google Appointment have been changed...).

We get this on all our systems since the update. We have confirmed that the data are identical and have not changed at all.

As an experiment, we removed V4.2.1 form one system and reinstalled V4.1.33, set up exactly the same as 4.2.1 and everything is fine - i.e. no conflicts/notifications and the data on both sides are identical.

How can we fix this?
