#1021 DUPLICATED CONTACTS DELETION OR MODIFICATION

Hello!

I´m having problems with Contacts Syncing.
When one contact is changed or deleted, either on Outlook or in Google, a messege is promped asking which of them must be considered. So, I decide that and mark it, but the program doesn´t make any change neither on Outlook, nor Google.

Here attached there is a capture os my configuration.
Y don´t know where the problem is.
