#1009 unable to find some contact

It is about 1 week that Go Contact sync, give trouble.
It says that contact that exist on Google are missing and if i want to delete on Outlook.
In add often it find conflict even if the contacts are the same and have not been modified nor in outlook , nor in gmail

in add the sync is getting slower.
