#1007 Delay sincyng two or more outlook clients

Hi.
I have contacts (1777) and appointments (320) on Google.
When I sync with my main PC it works fine. If I sync again without any change, the sync time is about a couple of minutes. So everything works fine.
After installing Outlook on the laptop, I connect GCSM and it copies everything correctly.
BUT
Starting from now, if I sync (without any chance) again my main PC, it takes a lot of time because of the "updating" of each contact.
When it finishes, I sync again and it goes fast.
SO
I start syncing the laptop again and it takes time because of the "updating".

It seems that every sync wrotes something that the laptop (and viceversa) needs to update everytime. Again, without any change.

Any suggestion?
