#1001 Sync Error -- System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException

Running the latest version on a W11 PC ,,running outlook 2019...I have started to get the following messsage ...
2024-03-13 16:05:13 | Warning | Can't access contact details for outlook contact, got System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException - 'One or more items in the folder you synchronized do not match. To resolve the conflicts, open the items, and then try this operation again.'.
How do I determine what items are at fault ??
