#1000 Multiple birthday reminders created

Hello,
I'm trying to sync my Outlook calendar/contact (on my computer) with my Google calendar/contacts. No problem with the contacts but I have a hard time with the calendars entries.
When I create an entry in my Google calendar, it will not be copied to Outlook but the opposite seems to work fine.
Every time a sync will be done, a new birthday reminder will be created in my Google calendar.
I've included a snapshot of my configuration and of a multi view of outlook where we can see the Outlook calendar and the Google calendar at the same time.
