#273 Timestamp in Automation

I would like to have a way to have appointments synchronized at the beginning of the day.
The current way automation works with sync interval, works (I use it), but, its actual occurrence, depends on computers power off time.
Hence, it would useful to have have an option in automation for syncing at a given timestamp (hour would be enough, IMO). In addition, at startup, a check might done, using the last synchronization timestamp and the current time, for deciding if syncing has to take place immediately.
