Reset Matches - Calendar vs Contacts
Does this "reset" only effect Calendar Events/Tasks, or does it do anything with the Contacts?

Suggestion (assuming calendar only)
1. Change text to "Reset Calendar"
2. Move "Reset Calendar to a Sub-Menu Item under Help or Tools
3. Provide Additional Warning requiring User to fully understand and select OK to Proceed or Cancel
a. Warning Messages to some effect... if user selects Outlook (Yes) and Google (Yes); The user must fully understands that they will lose ALL CALENDAR EVENTS (everything) unless they have created a backup (exported). Otherwise, this could be detrimental to the user.

    Add to this another suggestion:
You might be better served if you split the screen horizontal instead of vertical. You could have the logfile display on the bottom giving you full length since your sentence structures are so long. This will also give more room for your Options to display properly as they do not now.

Reset Matches could affect both: Contacts and Calendar. Everything depends if you have checked "Sync Contacts" or "Sync Appointment" check boxes

Then why does NOT all the contacts delete. If I have a checkbox to sync calendar and contacts, then I select "Reset Matches", it deletes everything in my calendar. To be consistent, you should delete all contacts too.

Also, you did not address the other questions in my original write up. Adding the warnings so that users know that they may delete everything without the intentions of wanting to do so (deleting Outlook and Google at the same time with no warning seems very dangerous.

Please attach log files after such Reset, so I can check why contacts were not deleted.

Adding warning is featur request, I will work on this when after fixing all the defects

    Attahced is the logfile:
Also, note that this "Reset Matches" was the most effective and clean "Reset" that I've seen this far. Please note that you can also see that this reset also fixed the issue on the other tickets (775 & 1248) that we've been going back and forth on.
Maybe it is best that I resend this same logfile on those cases too.

    Another thought!
If my suggestion of putting "Reset Matches" in a sub menu under Tools is not the way to go, maybe you should move "Reset Matches" up with the Checkbox Options, that affects it. Better notation as to what it does would be nice too.
