#222 Replace drop-down selection of Outlook folders with Tree View Pane

Related to "#200 Syncing Outlook Contact Subfolders with Gmail contact".

Right now, the user interface shows a drop-down selection of the Outlook folders to sync. and you can only select one folder at a time.

I'd like to propose changing that drop-down control into a tree view pane that shows all Outlook folders, with a check-box next to each Outlook folder. Subfolders are listed in the subtree of the parent Outlook folder. To sync a particular folder, simply check the check-box for the folder to sync. I also propose some sort of scheme for allowing all subfolders of a folder to have their checkboxes checked all at once.

I don't know if the programming framework you're using has tree view panes. If not, perhaps use a list view pane with subfolders indented. Or whatever works and is not too hard to implement.
