#218 SyncOption: Sync only one way, skip the other way and all those "because of sync option" messages

It appears to me that for some reason, even when I select "Outlook To Google Only", v 3.10.54 spends hours in showing in Sync Details & Log the Contacts it'll not sync.
For example, I have only 10 contacts in Outlook, selected to sync them to Google Contacts via "Outlook To Google Only" but after 11 hours, I still see messages like this one
"[date in the wrong format (American?) | Information] Google Contact not added to Outlook, because of SyncOption OutlookToGoogleOnly: "
If my thousand Google Contacts won't need to be synced back to Outlook, that whole procedure should not be executed.

Hope that's an easy fix and 10 contactswould be sync-ed one-way in 11 seconds instead of over 11 hours.
