#217 Removing Outlook duplicated appointments...

During synchronization of my appointments, GCSM takes about a minute for "Removing Outlook duplicated appointments...". Unfortunately it looks like nothing is removed each time: I see the same double appointments in my Outlook Exchange appointment list.
After sync, I am able to delete the doubles with the wonderful program GCalToolkit. But again GCSM takes another minute or so to search for the (now deleted) doubles...
Wouldn't it be nice to have a switch in order to enable/disable this step?
