#197 Several Minor to Medium UX Bugs

1.) In Red Box: these checkbox options are mutually exclusive, and should be changed to use Radio Buttons instead of checkboxes.
2.) In the Green Box: The Timezone dropdown is too small and does not scale with the width of the parent container, it makes it impossible to read the full timezone.
3.) In the Green Box: Underscores in the Timezone name should not be surfaced to the user, they should be replaced with spaces.
4.) When performing long running operations, the application is unresponsive, the cancel and hide buttons cannot be pressed, and the dialog itself cannot be dragged around, etc. -- Do not perform long running operations on the UI thread.
