#187 Please have option to show notification only if an issue

Hi,

Please have an option in the settings to show notifications only if there is an exception. I prefer not to have a report if everything syncs OK and there are no changes. I would prefer a Sync report only when there is something that needs my attention. Such as: Can't sync; deleting contact; duplicate contacts; etc.

I have turned off reporting to stop the Sync reports in the past but then I don't get a notice when there is a problem.
