#185 Sync birthdays and anniversaries without year defined

It would be very useful if birthdays where only the day and month are known could also be sync'ed (less important but also sueful would be anniversaries too). Google accepts birthdays defined in this way, but they are not currently synced to Outlook (full birthdays including year are).
