Where can I find the LOG file?

Restart the application. When the application is started in log window one of the first lines contains log file location. Example:

2020-11-05 08:21:23 | Information | Detailed log file created in directory: C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\GoContactSyncMOD\

If you do not see such line it means you need to close and start application again
