Hi,

I get the error Could not connect to 'Microsoft Outlook' (see below). I have used GCSM for several years without any issue running W10-Pro (64bits) and Office2019 (32bits). Direct after upgrading W10 to W11 I get this issue, allthough Outlook2019 32bit still works fine. I tried the suggestion below (url after Please read FAQ) to fix, but my registry info is different. Based on that I have the idea GCSM thinks I'm running a 64bit Office, but I'm still running Outlook2019 32bit of W11-pro 64bit, and could find the needed dinformation as I'm stull running a 32bit version of Outlook?

Regards,

Tony
