GCSM version 4.2.1 recurring

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a recurring calendar event in Outlook ("Test Event" created on 09-10-2025, start every 1 day(s) at 7:30 am)
2. Run Sync in GCSM
3. Change the time of one occurrence in Outlook (Test Event" occurrence on 9/11/2025 at 7:30 am changed to 9/11/2025 at 1 pm)
4. Run Sync in GCSM

Expected result - Single changed occurrence of event is updated in Google calendar.

Actual result - Changed event in Outlook doesn't change in Google calendar. If you are the creator of the event, the changed event in Outlook has been changed back to match Google Calendar. (such was the case in my testing today) If you are not the creator, the changed event in Outlook remains at the new time in Outlook but did not change in Google Calendar.

After my testing today I again changed the 9/11 occurrence of the test event to 1 pm in Outlook, changed the GCSM setting from "Merge Google Wins" to "Prompt" and reran the sync. This caused me to get multiple prompts on multiple calendar events (that hadn't changed since last sync) that were not the test event - Unrelated but odd behavior. I did receive a prompt for a change to the test event, but on the 9/10 7:30 am event, I selected to keep Outlook Entry. When the sync completed, my 9/11 7:30 am event in Google has changed to 1 pm to match my Outlook calendar; This is the expected behavior with "Merge Google Wins" set, though I can almost understand why it is behaving this way.
