GoContactSyncMod4133 (GCSM) hangs after a lost internet connection returns.
I have GCSM always on and running in the background on my notebook, hourly sync of eMail and Calendar from Outook365 installation to Google.
I take the noteboook to go for meetings frequently, and then the internet connection is lost for a while. GCSM cannot reconnect, the google calendar field is set to empty (it is normally set to the proper folder), and GCSM hangs so heavy it can only be terminated via TaskManager.
Closing the Window does not do the job. Also context menu exit is not responding. The window can be moved normally, and be hidden, but otherwise there is no response in the GCSM window. Even after hours there is no change, i.e. the hanging is final and GCSM does not recover.
It seems when the internet connection is lost the google calendar setting is mistakenly cleared, and does not recover after internet is available again.
Screenshot attached.
Logfile attached - the relevant section.
Please not there is a user named "saller" being in the logfile which does not exist on my computer. I assume this is a static text for the logfile only. Otherwise this might be an error if the softwar tries to access the saller directory.
PS: Additionally I dislike that GCSM pops up two windows when the network connection is lost and the sync is not working. Is there an option to turn this behavior off?
Thanks!
