#1377 Characters are wrong in google

Hi,

by syncing my outlook contacts, the text in the notes does not have the right characters.
The following signs are converted to ascii code
The Swedish characters
å
ä
ö
and the
&

Please see the screenshot, which is the contact in Google Contacts. In Outlook, the signes are correct displayed.

Any thoughts on how to help getting this solved?

I have the same problem with the German special characters äöüß. It works in other fields like address and it works in the calendar notes field. This was the only bug which I found in my tests with the currenct version 4.1.33 (I only sync Outlook to Google). A solution would be very appreciated!

I hope that someone could help out with this! it has now been open for soon 2 years and still very annoying
