I'm on W10 uptodate, Microsoft Outlook 2016, and latest Go Connect Sync.
The error started yesterday 14th Sep. Log attached is today 15th. There was a Windows update on 13th ... KB5002178 specifically for MS Office, plus these KB5017308 + KB5017500 + KB890830

I've checked the FAQ and all 3 keys are correct (9.6) for Outlook 2016.
MSOUTL.LIB is registered too (I registered it and it was "successful"

I have the same issue which started after the last Win11 updates. I checked the FAQ's and found NONE of the keys exist on my machine. Running fully updated Win11 and Office 365.

Same Problem occurred after re-installing Office 2019. Tried all the suggested fixes to no avail. Uninstalled GoContactSync and re-installed it to no avail. Now uninstalling Office and GoContactSync and reinstalling everything.

SOLVED: Uninstalled GoContactSync and removed Registry leftovers. Uninstalled Office 2019. Reinstalled Office and GoContactSync, now everything is working again.

For anyone still struggling with GoContactSync ...

I simply switched to using CalDav Synchronizer instead. It works fine (mostly)
