Hello, I am having this error in the last few versions. I am now in 4.1.28

Unchecked Only Sync When Idle,
Merge Outllook Wins(but is does not matter)
Only happens when Sync contacts is selected. If I only choose calendar all is ok. Also look at how long it is taking.

I already did... keep in mind that if I uncheck sync contacts I do not get this error..

I still have the same isssue and ONLY happens when Sync Contacts is selected. I you do only Appointments you do not get this error. I have not been able to sync contacts for months now.

Already authenticated and re-authenticated.. changed version and same issue, tried 4.1.25 up to 4.1.28

Issue still persists. I do have access to Internet and no proxy or other connectivity problem.

This is still unsolved. If I reset matches.. it takes hours to do with tons of contact issues but this error does not show until the second or third sync after that.

If I only do Calendar (appointment) syncs there are no errors or issues..

Already on version 4.1.31

9 thousand contacts.. no issues until the versions this year.

This time only contact sync, Google Wins setting.

did you check the following FAQ? https://sourceforge.net/p/googlesyncmod/faq/2024/01/the-app-showing-that-contacts-were-deleted-that-were-not-contacts-being-duplicated-performance-being-slow-etc/

Maybe you have a Proxy or Firewall running (on your network or locally on your PC) preventing the access to the Google Contacts API?
