Hi,
Using GO ContactSync for more than 5 years now to sync my GMAIL contacts to Outlook.
Synchronisation is ALWAYS one way GMAIL contacts OVERWRITE all the Outlook contacts.
Used to work fine, and helps cleaning GMAIL contacts with two addresses or phones.
But for almost 3 months, and since version >4.0, even with latest 4.1.13, i have a persistent message popping on screen and found in the attached logfile
[Outlook Contact "Google.Apis.PeopleService.v1.Data.Person" doesn't exist anymore. Do you want to delete it also on Google side?]
If I click on Delete Google or Keep Google, result is the same, nothing seems to be done there.
Message comes back on next sync.
Thanks for Help.
Jame
fixed with version 4.1.15
Hi,
I've been seeing this too for a month or so also. I just now updated from 32bit version v4.1.28 to v4.1.30 and still have the same issue as the OP described. Since I'm not sure what to do, I just click Keep Google. Should I try try Delete Google? Or is this some other issue?
Thanks for your thoughts on this.

please use "reset matches" snd then sync again
I'm running Reset Matches, and I get prompt "Do you want to delete all Outlook Calendar entries?". Then I get prompt "Do you want to delete all Google Calendar entries?". I said NO to both. Fyi, I do have the "Merge Prompt" option enabled, and I understand that's why it pauses for my Yes/No selection. I do have appropriate backups to recover Outlook if necessary, but if I had selected Yes to say, the Outlook form, would I have wiped out my Outlook contacts? Btw, I have screen clips of all of this if you'd like pics.
Now I run sync again, and I get the same "Google.Apis... doesn't exist..." form again. I'm going to try "Delete Google" now. Now I get a "Conflict detected" form, and Google has the more complete data, so I select Keep Google Entry. Btw, there also a dropdown on that form now that contains only a "Google.Apis.PeopleService.v1.Data.Person" selection. Now it's pausing one each concatct (I only allowed two "Keep Google" changes). Now I see "This is the first time these Outlook and Google Contacts Name: TheirName are synced. Choose which one you would like to keep." I'm going to choose Keep Outlook (and "Do this for all following items) for safety at this point and avoid restoring my latest PST. I continue the sync, and get the OP's error form again. This time I'll select Keep Google (the defaulted blue button) on just this form (and not tick For all Items, and see what happens. This is not going well, I'm getting Information and Error | Exception while deleting... log lines on almost every contact. I've exited GSM, disabled my NIC (so not download new messages since last backup), and now I'm going open Outlook and see if I still have contacs and calendars. Geez, this is heart attack material.
Ok, Outlook contacts look good, Contact card user pics/avitars are still good. Still have Rich Text on contact notes (ie. I do have Force RTF Contacts enabled). Re-enable the NIC, re-open GCSM, and try another sync:
Finally, joy! Flew through Sync and no "Google.Apis... doesn't exist..." form pop-ups. And I still have my Outlook Contacts and Calendars in good shape without a PST restore.
My two cents on all this: This self-service "break-fix" episode would be well beyond the reach of most users. If there's some kind of error log the developer would like to see, please PM me on this.

P.S. Thank you Florian Saller for your help here today : )
