#1 Svn Checkout issue

The project files have not been placed inside trunk folder and because of this I am having problem checking out using eclipse subeclipse plugin.
PROPFIND is failing on svnroot/ and on svnroot/goog-ad-api-cli it works but than I cant checkout whole source tree containg libs and build.xml files etc.
