It's a little confusing. After adding doing something that requires a dialog (add a watermark, create directory, etc.) it's not very clear that you have to click the X. It looks like it's locked up.
Maybe you could change the "OK" button to "Close" when it's done. Or, just auto-close.

All dialog based layouts now have a Close button.
These single-function layouts auto-close upon successful update: Rename, Create Folder, and Watermark.
