[Golly-test] Golly can access David Eppstein's glider database

Golly can now access David Eppstein's excellent glider database via this
link in Help/archives.html:

Nathaniel generously agreed to host the large set of (469) html files
at his web site.  The files were created automatically via a Python
script I wrote (see http://www.trevorrow.com/golly/make-golly-files.py
