To reproduce, set build config to release and build the solution.

Error message:

Error 2 error C3848: expression having type 'const mam::XmlReader::id_map_less' would lose some const-volatile qualifiers in order to call 'bool mam::XmlReader::id_map_less::operator ()(const char *,const char *)' c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\include\xtree 1268 mammoth
