Ok, I jusr pushed a new branch called feature_ITKv4VTK6Integration off the feature_ITKv4Integration branch. In the new branch, I made all the changes for making it compatible to VTK 6.0. There is one small CMake problem in that it is not linking to vtkLSM library. Can you fix that? It should take you 2 min. Everything else is all set. Hi Arnaud, Do you know what is the role of vtkTypeRevisionMacro() and vtkCxxRevisionMacro() before the definition of a class ? It seems to cause problems in VTK 6.0 and a lot of my code has it. Hi Arnaud, The develop branch writes out trackfamily table but the master branch does not. Furthermore the develop branch does not read the export table of the master branch. In other words, there is no compatibility between the two versions. If you meant exporting the database into an export file, you need to select the appropriate the right option in the export menu. Hi Kishore, N tracks belong to 1 lineage; so N tracks have the same LineageID (so it is a N to 1 relationship). 1 Track has 1 mother track and 2 daughter tracks (which is a TrackFamily); so 1 Track has exactly 1 TrackFamilyID. I can't recall like this if it is the mother tracks which holds the family or the daughters (so it is either a 2 to relationship or 1 to 1 relationship). There is no specific classifying table / elements for tracks, nor lineages. If you want to add such information, you would need to make use of the CalculatedValue associated to all tables in the database. If you are on linux (with a debian based distribution) you better use the provided package. It includes a patch (not applied upstream!!) which solve all issues with recent version of FFMPEG...
