I would like to add support for C programs to use GOaL.

JNI support and a full C version both would be nice.

C++ too?

World peace would be nice, too ;). Seriously, the people
working on the project cannot pursue every WIBNI at the same
time. You really need to prioritize which features matter
most. IMO, this one goes near the bottom.
