[Gnv-help] CC - identifier name exceeds 31 characters

Hi,

I know DECC has the optional parameter /NAMES=SHORTENED which I would like
to use on my CC command line.  I was hoping the /gnu/bin/cc.exe would
understand this switch but it does not.

I could come up with a bunch of defines, but was hoping there may be a
switch I can pass to cc (from within a makefile) that will save me the
effort.
