#7 multi remuser feature

I think mod.cservice's remuser command would be much
user-friendly if multiple usernames could be specified. Ie.
takeovers, channel zaps and other mass removal needs.

For channel zaps, you can use the REMOVEALL command.

-X- SYNTAX: REMOVEALL <#channel>
-X- Removes all accesses from a channel. This command is
for CService Admins only.
