I'd like to purpose the addition of a command to change the bot's nickname. It'd turn easier the nickchange of the cmaster bot.

As this is a popular request, I will add it to my todo list for mod.cservice. admins can use 'quote' but it has internal implications so shouldn't be used. the nick changing function will have the same required level as quote.
